All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Hygiene Policy

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel (sports bras and leggings) if the hygiene liner has been removed or if tags are missing. These items must be in completely unworn condition with all original packaging.

4.1 Return Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

2. Wait for our return authorization (within 24 hours)
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship to our Winston facility using a trackable method

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.

4.3 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, follow the return process and clearly indicate your exchange request. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply). For faster service, we recommend placing a new order online and returning the original item separately.
